but our server drops at 0.02 so i guess it sux if you have to kill ~ 5000 monster in thor!!

In my opinion it's fine as it is.
Since the item is really really good right now. And also, if you haven't checked the past threads, like Zidane said, there was a lot of controversy with the item, or rants that it was broken with x, y, z gear, the rate was lowered to prevent too much Sniping suits fill the market (not like there are already a few ). Also, its not really a must-have item for Snipers, I think that there are uh... more vital gears for them, think about it as a plus.
