Unfortunately, writing a support ticket won't help. Ragnarok is not a game for Macs, but for Windows computers. I don't think anyone of the GMs owns a Mac to help you anyway. So unless you play on a Windows computer, we cannot help you, and you have to rely on the help of other players. As Roon pointed out, there's a guide to get RO to run on a Mac in the Tech Support section.
So again,
please don't submit support tickets when dealing with installation problems, ESPECIALLY when you don't have a Windows computer. Use the forums to post your problem.
Im guessing you sent in a Ticket, buuuuut haven't gotten a reply yet from a GM?... There's a MAC resolution page somewhere someone made, but im not sure if it's been deleted since someone wanted to do the "No active = Deletes" threads.
Let's not mix up things. Inactive threads are never deleted, and the ones that are moved to the archive are only those in the guild and marketplace sections, not in the bug section.
