Aside from the Wild Valk Helm, what accesorries can i use to increase my crit rate or luck?

so the best one to get would be Death Loop of Counter [Kobold Card] ?

and what is the difference between crit% and crit rate.

i think crit % and rate are the same thing O_o or at least when ever ive used things like kobolds compared to crit rangs or something else its always been just the number it said and chung E is a decent garment card if u have a highly over uped garmet

Crit rate is the same as percentage.

Run one Kobold DLoop, and youre good there. Gryphon Mid/valk and the other be a Di.

If it's for PVP, use Ragged Zombie Deathloops. For PvE, Kobold Deathloops. If Heater's Perfect dodge effect applied for every class, I'd use that over Kobolds in PvE.
