Honestly I have been here since Anima which is a long long time ago... Back then I wasn't as busy as before so I basically can just keep playing for long hours, no problem for me... I think for many of the players who have left, it is the same thing for them... Our life just simply got busier as we grow up and less free time to play RO and due to that, free time is now considered more precious and so we start considering seriously how we should really spend this free time.
Well issue here is this server have a very basic principle thats most vet players here hold so dear that is technically killing the server cause casual players won't stay... RO is getting older, meaning player base is also getting older... RO players having lesser and lesser free time in their life so more and more players are turning to casual players instead. Not saying there are no hardcore grinder and stuff. But the issue is this server believe on... If you wanna get gears and stuff, work for it. I know it isn't fair that newer players now have advantage of getting gears early but... Casual players are casual not because we are not loyal to game/server... But rather, we simply have too much on our hand in our real life... This principle is
work for your gears is just simply gonna kill the server because we ain't gonna stay... When we play, we wanna relax and get some positive feeling from the game at the end our 1 - 2 hour at least 60% of the time... When I say get good feeling, I don't mean by, "today I just made my first SQI"... Which is not possible, if playing this game makes me feel like I going to work for the second time today rather than playing game. My life is simply full of work already... If you want me to work for another 1-2 hours, to be honest, I ain't gonna do it since it isn't a must do... I don't mind investing, if it can help take my mind away from the word, "work".
Thats all I gotta say

I am just speaking up from my perspective as a casual player.

Shoot me down for all I care... Not like this forum community is friendly to begin with. Sorry for the long wall of text
