Is this card will be added at ads shop? Can I use spend credit request to purchase this card? How much should it worth?15 ads or 15m around?

Not 100% sure, but I don't think that you can buy this card or request it via a spend credit request. If my knowledge serves me right, you can only obtain it by farming it ingame or purchasing ingame.
A GM would have to confirm though, or clarify atleast.

It really isn't. Yet you have people that pay that much for it.
Dreamer got his for 40mil not 45mil I believe. I already had a 30mil offer today but I'm in no rush. Might keep it for my SG if it doesnt sell in a few days. /ho

I missvended the one I got 2 months ago or whenever the server first came back up for 1.6mil.
The person thats bought it at the missvended price wouldn't even return it for a 4mil reward......

Its over priced like Metalings when they first came out. 8mil.. l0l..
That said, spring rabbit at 6.5 mil is just as overpriced. ;\ (do not care what its selling for in ad shop)

Hell Poodle Card adds 1 Hit, Has a 1% Chance of casting External Bleeding on the enemy when attacking, and makes meat heal 100% more HP. That last part makes it better than the Spring Rabbit card, which makes meat and monster's feed heal 50% more HP.

Most people will need that upgrade since not all people can run around Grinding,Farming,etc with Rank whites,Cakes,Yggberries/seeds all the time.

i killed my first hell poodle today and was being an arsehole and told my brother i found one. second one i killed popped out a card, score 35m! =)~ chucked it in a deathloop and now it looks so sexy lol 8) 2 minutes worth of farming haha
