Q: Are all cards, items and equipment available from the item shop?
A: No, but the majority of cards, equipment and some items are. Some equipment and cards are not implemented on the server and therfore are unobtainable.
Q: What is Ad credit/Ads/Anthem Pennies
A: Each time you donate real money you get donation points which are called ad credit. Every $1 is $1.00 ad credit and ads are just the shortened term for ad credit. Anthem Coins are the in-game version of Ads which are tradable to other players.
Q: How can I donate to the server?
A: At the moment the only way to donate is either by Credit card or Paypal. See How To Donate (http://www.anthemro.com/donate/howto.php) for more details.
Q: I'm not allowed to donate real money so how can I get ads?
A: You can either participate in the sponsors (free/trial/paid offers which are not up yet) or vote for the server, but you are not limited to ways within the server of getting ads.
Q: I have a friend/relative who has their own forum account and I want to know if we both can use the same computer to vote?
A: Only one account can vote per IP (Computer) so the answer is no. It is also impossible to tell if you have created the second account or not.
Q:I Have two computers at my house linked to the same router/modem, Can use our own separate accounts to vote on
different computers?
A: No, especially if you are using dial-up. The router will give each computer the same IP address.
Q: How do I transfer ad credit to another playing without having to go in-game?
A: It is best to convert ad credit into it's in-game form of Anthem Coins and trade there since there is less risk of being scammed, however if you do need to transfer ad credit antother way go to the Ad credit (http://www.anthemro.com/free/sponsors.php) page under the control panel at AnthemRO Web site (http://www.anthemro.com). Once there Click the Transfer (http://www.anthemro.com/free/transfer.php) button and fill in the other persons account details and make sure to read any information on the page regarding it. If you don't want to be scammed, make sure you take a screenshot of any information regarding the trade, and save them in case you are scammed.
Q:How do I find out my own ad credit account details?
A: By Visiting the Ad credit (http://www.anthemro.com/free/sponsors.php) page.
The Account Name is your forum name, and the Account ID is your forum ID number, which you can see by mousing over your name to the left of your posts.
Q: How do I trade ad credit in-game that I have in my account?
A: You need to withdraw (http://www.anthemro.com/free/withdraw.php) them, Doing this will convert your ad credit into Anthem Pennies, which is the exactly the same thing as ad credit, except safely tradeable in-game.
Q:How many Anthem coins make up $1 ad credit?
A: 100 Anthem Pennies is the equivalent of $1 ad credit.
Q:I purchased items from the Item shop but they haven't been delivered yet
A: Send in a support ticket under the category "Donation" and put in the subject link "Undelivered Item Shop Purchases" and include on your ticket the following:
- Date you purchased the item
- Transaction ID
Marriage & Adoption Related
Q: How do i get married with another player of the opposite sex in-game?
A: To get married, go to the Wedding Staff NPC in Prontera Church.
You will need the following things to be able to get married:
* Be at least level 45
* 1,400,000 zeny per person, so 2,800,000 zeny in total.
* A tuxedo (for the groom)
* A wedding dress (for the bride)
* Two diamond rings
* Be in a party with only you and your spouse
When married, you are unable to attack for an hour (or until the wedding gear effects wear off). You will also receive the ability to use wedding skills as long as you wear your Wedding Rings. Wedding Rings cannot be traded or dropped, but do not take up any Weight.
Q: How do i get married to a player of the same-sex?
A: The NPC is only capable of marrying couples of the opposite sex. If you wish to marry someone of the same sex, you should open a support ticket stating:
* your character name
* your username
* your password
* name of the person you wish to marry
* your fiancee's username and password (may be submitted in a separate support ticket by your fiancee)
Afterwards, 1.4 million zeny will be removed from each character and you will be married. You can then buy a Sweet Memory of Marriage item to summon your wedding clothes. Also, you can use wedding skills by equipping a Diamond Ring.

Support Ticket Related
Q: My support ticket is taking too long to be answered!
A: The GMs have many things to do including real life stuff so just wait and it will be answered in due time.
Please avoid bumping your ticket or creating a thread asking the GMs to look at your ticket as this does not help- in fact, bumping your ticket or adding unnecessary replies to the ticket, causes it to go to the bottom of the current queue!
SQI Related
Q: I need to know the stats of an SQI and/or the ingredients to make them
A: This topic (http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,83.0.html) provides you with all the available information on our SQIs, including item descriptions, item stats, and required ingredients.
Q: How many SQIs can i make?
A: Any particular character can only make one class specific SQI (so, if you use a particular character to make an Aegis, you cannot re-roll that character to a Lord Knight to make a Nibelungen). You are limited to making 2 accessory SQI's (Megingjard and/or Brysamingen) and you can create as many Sleipnir[1]'s as you want provided you have the correct material.
