Post by: othera on March 28, 2008, 05:32:12 am: At http://www.anthemro.com/free/vote.php it does not load the pitcure for the second vote so i cant click anything... i am at my sisters house btw and cant vote on it right now is there any way i can?

You vote mainly on your home computer, trying to vote at your sisters house counts as trying to change your IP to bypass the cooldown.

Please get the situation right duh... This has nothing to do with new or old computer. Its the internet connection and IP address. Hence, even you can smashed your current computer to bits and bought a new one into the same house, it is "legal"...
