If I think I know which hat you mean you can buy it at like the prontera armour npc.

On this server, Magni's Cap has its sprite.
I don't think the monsters in Abyss Lake drop the cap, so you probably have to get it via the item shop.

I don't remember it being Disabled anyways.

Hmm, I wasn't sure about the drops of Abyss Lake, but I can be wrong, like always. :D
At least I never got anything valuable from the dragons' drops.

Well, I believe Stone Bucklers Drop there, at teh very least.
(Since they aren't donatable, and yet I have one D: )

Maybe you're thinking of the Valk? (Thats 60 Ads, because with a Maya You'll be getting Huge Mdef Bonus's)

You know, I was like 99% positive that stone buckler[1] was in the item shop. Did they take it out?
