Abbey Quests

I HAVE MADE ABSOLUTELY ALL QUEST OF ABBEY AND STILL CANT GET IN
THE ONLY ONE I HAVEN'T IS THE NAMELESS ISLAND QUEST CAUSE I CANT START IT, THERE NO AGENT OR THE OTHER NCP AT VEINS
IS SO ANNOYING LOSING TIME MAKING ALL THOSE STEPS AND RUNNING EVERYWHERE

What i have to do?!!!!!! Can Someone Help?!!

Yes i made Lost Child, Rachel Sanctuary, Veins Siblings, Curse of Gaebolg, Thor Volcano Base and Peace for Arunafelts!!
And like i said cant make the Nameless Entrance Quest cause there no ncp to start or is it?

Also i have already had access to abbey with my priest but dint talked to the cat and dont have ss too...im been so lucky with this abbey stuffs -_-

wrong flight then? you need to catch the airship in izlude and walk around a bit. the agent should appear

Ok i just tried it again from izlude and at last the agent appeared from nowhere.
