Lost Mail ?
« on: July 10, 2010, 10:14:32 pm »
Hey , I've sent my mail donations on 17th June 2010 and they're still not here today , 11th July . It's been about 24 days already , and I'm starting to get a little worried . I did send a support ticket but there's not been a reply from Talis for about 7-8 days already . Maybe he's busy or something but , is anyone else experiencing the same problem ?

did you get something like a tracking number when you sent the mail?? usually it really takes a while when its mail but i've done mine by mail through express and they've got mine at about 4 days only i think so maybe yours was delayed or worse got lost or got opened along the way but still if you have that tracking number why dont you call the mail company that you used to get brief details

I didn't get a tracking number :( , but I heard from some it takes about 2-3 weeks for them as well , depending on where we live . I just hope my mail's on its way , and not losts its way .

aww you didn't get one?? i always get one whether its a normal mail or special as to make sure it gets tracked whenever it takes too long to arrive at the destination but as you've said if you've done it via snail mail it usually takes a while and also depends on where you live and where you'll gonna send it so just be patient i've heard someone before the mail donate just opened took about a month and week(s) before it arrives

Yeah , I'm trying to keep calm , praying everyday that my mail is fine . I taped the opening of the envelope so no one could open it without tearing the sticker and the envelope is used is totally opaque , nothing inside can be seen .

Hopefully it's okay. I know when I've sent mail to friends stationed or living overseas it sometimes took for freaking ever. I wound up resending a couple Christmas gifts last year, only to have them both show up.
