What stat should i add,luk or dex better?
Wearing equipment that increase luk/dex will help in upgrading?
Which character have the most luk/dex,is it sniper with High Priest Buff?
Is there any other character buff that increase luk/dex?

Having stats won't make a difference. A level 1 novice will have the same chance as a level 99 Whitesmith.

They're all fixed   success rate /ok and boosting your stats with buffs [gloria, bless, etc] is an RO myth.
