Kaho because the more DEX you have the more likely you'll FS...Valk for Flee.

I'd say kaho. There's a direct correlation between strip success rate and the amount of dex you have. Though, you'll probably get bored of being a fs stalker... people tend to fcp after they get stripped or relog... <_<

Well for me it never worked. 

Alot of flee =/= enough flee. It might never be enough vs people using Phreeoni's in their weapons, or otherwise people with REALLY high dex.

Need to double stormy knight, or Valkyrie Helm + double stormy knight, mystel shoes, Nine Tails +9-10 hood (for the extra 2), and whatever else you need for it.

Most champs I've met snap[body relocate] away and relog back to FCP and FO-Storm me when I strip them.

Unless you want to FS them for fun and not fight.
