Which card was this ?

The guy(LK) was spamming Quagmire and Tarots.
Not any other of those skills.
Quag can also come from punk cards.

But yea he wasnt wearing a reflect and he was taking hits. Meaning the effect proc'd on getting hit. I wonder if some card is not working the way its supposed too. The closes cards that give clown/Gypsy tree stuff are Violy and Aliza. This was in PVP and there was no Gypsy or Clown around.
