Baloon Hat

I have a question, hope this is the right selection...
I saw in game a new HeadGear called Baloon Hat (this: )
I asked to the player the name and if it was from ADS and she said yes... but when I went to the item shop, the hat there isn't...
How I can buy this HeadGear?
I don't know if can be a bug or something, if it's just a mistake I apologize. ^^

...I think that a support ticket for this is really....

She said me that her Baloon Hat is a custom Kaho, so I went to search to the item shop, under the Kaho list... but Baloon Hat Kaho no there...
I'd like to buy it with my ADS but if I can have it only as Kaho it's a little expensive! XD

Probably through a support ticket? I think that's how most of the services (name change, sex change, custom Kaho change, etc.) are done right now; you submit a spend credit request and pay the ads, and the GMs do the change. If you wanted to actually purchase that custom Kaho (as opposed to changing a Kaho you have) through the ad shop, that'll have to wait until the shop list gets updated. Or I guess you could do a spend credit request, and say you want to purchase a balloon hat custom Kaho? I'm not sure about that though.

I remember when Haine showed up with the balloon hat during beta...everyone was asking about it ;3

If you want to purchase the Kaho at normal price (130 ad credit) you can just submit a ticket. If you want to just purchase the hat, and not a Kaho, you can do a spend credit for 5. Kaho change if your custom is already a custom is also 5 ads..

So, if I want to buy a normal Baloon Hat I must send a support ticket? I don't want to boring GM for a stupid thing like a headgear...
Btw, where I can see all headgears in the item shop?
I'd like to have a lot of custom hg but I don't know what custom are implemented on Animus...

We don't really have a list online or anything, so it's kind of hit or miss with what's on RMS and what we have. And don't feel bad about a spend credit request. ;> Things like giving items and Kaho changes are one of the quicker spend credits to do.
