Ragnarok_RE?

How often should I patch with that because I just run the game from the animuspatch?

Personally, I always run it from the patcher. It guarantees I'm always up-to-date whenever a patch does come out, since sometimes there aren't any announcements for minor patches.

I just patch like, once a week.  But I ALWAYS run animus patcher, (which is smart for now, since we're implementing/editing stuff a lot lately)

So did they add Ragnarok_RE to mini install yet? Or are they hosting the file individually somewhere. I still want it, without needing to full install..

I thought the mini-installer came with the Renewal patcher...when/where did you get the mini-patcher?

really doesnt take long to run it through the patcher if there isnt anything needed to be patched

Yea I run Animus Patcher everyday that's how I start the game but I guess I'll update the Ragnarok_RE once a week O_O btw how do you tell when it's done patching with Ragnarok_RE O_O

Oops, guess I misunderstood which patcher you were talking about. You'll know that ragnarok_re.exe is finished patching when it brings up a dialog box saying something like "20% ?? ?? ??," with "Yes/No" options. Click "No," and it'll apply the patches. You can always run it a second time to check that the patches actually got applied, if it doesn't download anything, you can just hit Esc to close.

Most of the Ragnarok_RE patches consist of some new sprites, a new client, some item/quest description updates and some lub files. Only the new sprites would be important, really, but not until the GMs actually include them as new items that you can obtain.

You can always tell it's done patching because it let's you click the left most button (which would open up the ragnarok_re client), if you aren't fully patched, it doesn't let you.

Ragnarok_RE should already be included in ALL the installs, just like Sakray is, and animuspatcher too, what may NOT be included, is an up to date rdata.grf (which is what you need so sprites don't screw you over)

Well i'ma redownload the mini-install and hope Ragnarok_RE comes with it, because it didn't the first time around. 

edit: Huzzah, it was there this time. As well as a whole mess of extra stuff that wasn't there before.
