You can make 50 from zargons which you can buy from an npc in geffen. o.o Here's the updated list.

I believe they are 2 when discounted too.

Some people like carrying crafting items because they can be lighter than the arrows themselves that they provide.

That's what quivers are for - the weight difference between ten cyfars and a quiver is marginal.
