Should I buy Vesper Mid or High Wizard Mid to kill boss/mvp type monster?


What is making me confuse is the description of High Wizard Card:

1. It says -50% mdef of all monsters but original card description is ignore mdef of normal monster only.So,my question is;it does -50% mdef on boss/mvp type monster or not?

2. Increase 2x casting time,New description doesn't say it but from what i've heard from some thread they do increase 2x casting time eventhough it doesn't say in the description.So,question here;Is it increase 2x casting time or not?

So,Vesper or High Wizard is better for boss-ing/mvp-ing?

Is this changed at animusro only?the description said +2 dex and it doesn't say except ....job.
