GM ASSISTANCE PLEASE : Patcher problem

My friend just downloaded the game, and when he tries to patch it, the aptch for 04-27-10 works and then when it gets to 04-28-10 the loading bar disappears and the "start Game" option comes but it isnt clickable...
What is the problem?
