Our current description confuses me  ???

INT+ 2, Reduce Casting Time by 50% for 1 hours and Flee Rate +30 when performing a Magical Attack.

so the effects last 1 hour? o.o
what?
quitted - if you see my chars ingame it's NOT me

On beta it would only last 10 seconds, but this description confuses me too. But if it is what it says, its most likely going to be changed when the "Revamped Card Project" takes place.

I doubt that's gonna happen anytime soon though.

How does that even work? Does that just mean you have to re-equip for it to take effect or?

I have been using one on my high mage and it is definately not 1hour duration.  I'm not even sure its 10 seconds it feels more like 5 because I can only get 1 bolt off at reduced cast rate if I am already in the middle of casting a bolt when it procs.

The way it works is there is a % chance for it to proc what visually looks like gloria on you character with each magic attack.  When you see the gloria effect occur on you character you have 5-10 whatever seconds of 50% reduced cast speed.

From what I can tell 1 boltspell = 1 chance at a proc not for example 10 chances with a lvl 10 bolt hitting the target 10 times.  I've been using it with a full int, no dex high mage using firewall to hold back Medusas to give me time to cast my firebolts on them.  Each time they walk into the firewall and get knocked back there is a chance of the Isilla card procing.  If the effect procs and I'm not already in the middle of casting a spell I can usually get 2 faster cast bolts off, if I'm still in the middle of casting a bolt when it procs there is only time for 1 reduced cast speed bolt to fire off...hence why I don't think it is a 10 second duration.

Honestly I have never looked at my flee on the high mage, because well I'm on a high mage and dont want to be hit regardless.   ;D

it pretty much casts the priest skill suffragium on yourself. its normally good for like 1 spell or something of that sort.
