What's an easy way to get it?
I've been trying karakasa's but they don't aggro and it takes forever to get a few papers

Farming them with a thief class is best. Preferably with a dopp-carded weapon to speed up the killing.

i was using my WS because he's the only one i have gears for right now
Can autosteal be used with a mace? If so, than i guess i can use my rogue

Yup, as long as the mace hits the monster, autosteal will have a chance to proc.

Or use a tele clip with any mage class.  Wizards using JT work well.  Sages can use their bolts.

I don't have IC gears
only niff gears.

Ah, I missed the post about only Niff gears.  Fly wings or investing in a tele clip would speed it up, regardless.  They're quite spread out on the map usually.
