Mkay so this is driving me nuts. I need Haine's confirmation on whether or not Cross Shields drop

Only a GM knows. Since just about everything else drops, I would think it would.

I'm fairly certain if you search "cross shield" you'll find a GM response stating they're currently not dropping.

did you try pming a gm? its a lot better than asking around on the forums.
