Just a quick question about SN level up stats

Now i know as you level your job like with all classes you get bonus's to your stats with SN eventually getting to +5 now what i want ot know is that I read that you get a +5 to all stats at 99 job. Is this refering to the job level up stats or an EXTRA +5 you get for being lv 99 job?

I have a lv 99/99 SN ^_^ I love it, and it gets it's basic +5 I know at lv 99 you get +2000 HP, and if you have maxed out EXP you are able to do the fury. Oh and if you're job lv 70+ get a SL and link till you see your leveling angel Your death record will be erased and then you will get +10 all stats.
