Personally, I think if he offered unique hairstyles it'd be worthwhile use of zeny ;3

i used that npc, he would change your hairstyle for a random style/color for 110k i think
he was suspicious cause he have the same sprite as the butcher at the time

You need to get your glasses checked. That's a scissor butcher boy. I tested this npc on beta, and it only has the classic hairstyles, the same that the other npc in Alberta let's you choose by doing the quest. This one costs more and is random, but no quest hair farming. The hairstylist that came with Lighthalzen has the new styles, but that npc wasn't there during beta, not sure if it is now. Later Talis added the new stylist with all kRO hairstyles for free.
