1. Go to the warp girl.
2. Choose city. Nifheilm.
3. Look at the mini map. See the red dot to the far left? Try to get there.
4. Go in. That's where the lolis are. See the red dot to the far left? Try to get there.
5. Go in. That's Niff. See the only red dot? Try to get there.
6. Get out. /memo that

Also, that nifty map tab is incredibly useful for traveling to places the old-fashioned way.
