as far as i can tell that is a link to google mail *probably his mail box* and we cant see it. Did he download the NEW most recent installer if so re download and see if that works if not if he still has an old RO folder get the mini installer or if you happen to know this friend personally you can always make a copy of your RO folder and give it to him.
