FULL INSTALLER HELP HERE

its like this... i have to re-install AnimusRO again i've deleted all of its files along with the old server's files because it's all messy >_>
i got infected by a virus that deletes files of applications including my RO FILES because my antivirus software had expired but fixed it.. so when i saw the post by GM HAINE the FULL INSTALLER i click on save but then it seems that i can't connect or rather get rejected by some reason and i dont know why what do you think is the problem or is it just i have to wait for awhile? ;_; or im being blocked???

Check your antivirus/firewall settings, since these programs sometimes prevent you from downloading executables. If you're using Windows, check Internet Options->Security tab from the Control Panel and see if you have permission to run applications and unsafe files. Then try downloading it again.

it is ok but the thing is when i click the save when i download... a  pop up says "you can only connect twice".. O.O
