unregistered ID

Hi players :O I made a new account about...two weeks ago, i think, using the whole username_M / passowrd way on the login page of RO, but i can't seem to log in anymore. it tells me: Unregistered ID, please make sure you have registered an account and you have correctly typed in the user ID.

i've tried it a couple of times but i can't log in and i get the same message. i was aware that the things we do on BETA were probably going to be erased and such so does that mean my character does not exist anymore? i don't need my character or anything but i was just wondering if that was what had happened.

any answers are appreciated~ i couldn't find any questions about this in the forum.

Did you make the account during the beta?

Because all of the beta accounts are deleted.
Just your original Anthem accounts now.

Just transfer the account you had before beta.
The beta account is deleted because it was just for testing, since beta is over now, there is no use for your beta account. The main server is up, so just transfer your account from anthemRO.

If you've just recently joined this server and made an account DURING the Beta and NOT before, then your accounts were wiped.  The beta is gone and we are back to the official server.

Currently, the server is in the phase of moving and transferring all characters from the previous server with the previous software; until ALL of the accounts are transferred, you will NOT be able to make an account.

That means you will just be forced to wait until all that is done to create your new accounts.  Sorry for the inconvenience. =\

If you didn't have an account on the server prior to the beta, you're going to be out of luck for a couple days because new characters can't be created until all the inactive accounts have been moved (to avoid name conflicts).

oh no that's all right ^^ i figured that's what happened, and i kinda expected it. i was just making sure. i'll just wait for all the characters to be transferred and make a new one

Should be less than a few days, I think.

Just remember though, the 2 EXP week OFFICIALLY begins once ALL the accounts have been moved and the account / registration options are available.  So, you will still be able to enjoy the 2 exp week.

Some people have been inactive for months, I doubt they will come back just to transfer.
Good thing you don't have to wait for everyone to transfer.

Probably auto-transfers will be finished today or tomorrow sometime, if there aren't any problems.

Just a heads up that the tool to manually move your accounts has now been taken down. We have now begun the automatic transferring accounts. If you did not manage to use the manual transfer tool, you will need to wait until your account is transferred automatically. We estimate that all of the accounts will be finished transferring within around 24~48 hours.
