I already install Animus RO Full version. But now how i can register id? plz help

are you a new player or a old player if your an old player use the transfer tool *upper right hand corner* says "this tool" if your a new player I dont think you can make new guys yet.

Yeah, new characters can't be created until the manual transfer is done to prevent name conflicts with inactive characters.
