Should I download the Full client tonight, or tomorrow when Animus is up?

I've had a lot of issues with my client, so I'm just going to delete it, and redownload it. My question is, should I download it tonight, and just patch it to get it to work, or should I just wait till tomorrow, and download everything at once?
