Screenshot help

Yeahhh, so I cant view my SS. I've tried opening with pretty much all the programs on my computer that I thought had a chance of viewing them, photoshop doesnt even do anything for me.. I was getting lots of sprite errors during valentines so I just reinstalled RO so now I have the renewal client which apparently saves them in EBM format or something. I've looked it up online and a friend of mine has tried quite a bit but both of us were coming up blank. Would any of you know what my problem is?

i open my with microsoft office picture manager, granted they are jpg >.> but still its worth a shot.

Sure, I'll get it up in a bit. I forgot to mention that I cant find them in my RO folder. I used to have to go into my SS folder and then hit 'Compatibility files' before they would show up but now with the new client that doesnt even work, or to be more precise the 'compatibility files' option is no longer there and they dont show up on their own. My only way to find them on my computer is to do a search and check the box 'Include non-indexed, hidden, and system files'. Now when I went to find a SS to send to ya I also tried to actually look at the dates and they are a mess. It has SS's dating back to years ago and ones that are dated yesterday, which RO has been down for days and I have yet to try beta.. Not sure if that really helps in finding out how to open them but I was just curious if anyone else had a similar problem.

i googled a bit and found out that your registry could be broken. try running a registry repair program? =/
