Atroce card for Anthem

from RMS:

Atroce card [weapon]: ATK + 25. When dealing a physical attack there is a small chance that for 10 seconds your aspd will increase by 100%.

With Atroce card's situational aspd buff and our current doppelganger card being the better aspd card-of-choice, should Atroce card get a complete overhaul once it becomes available in Anthem?

Since we don't have any MVPs that give more damage with criticals, would Atroce card be a suitable choice for its effect?

ie. Atroce card [weapon]: 20~35% more damage with criticals. LUK+15. [if baseAGI >=90] 5% chance to autocast Bleeding status when attacking."

The card you designed is rather overpowered.

Instead of totally changing its effect, give it something similar to what it has now.  Since doppel was made three times stronger, then we can make its proc three times stronger.  Since it already has 100% attack speed reduction, this can be done by tripling its proc rate.

But the user would still need to slot doppels in his/her weapon to increase the proc chance of Atroce.

The only classes i can think about that will make full use of that effect would be castle-capping assassins, by making DDAtrAtr/DDDAtr.

Anthem doesn't have any MVPs that boosts crit damage yet. I figure Atroce can be a suitable candidate.

I was thinking of an MVP version of Mobster card that anyone can use. The CRIT+5 could be opted out, but I would really love Bleeding to be included with the crit damage boost. *change the baseLUK >=30  prerequisite to baseAGI >= 90*

Not sure what your obsession is with converting anything and everything into a +Critical Hit/%Damage bonus item is, but considering the last time I checked, Critical Hits are vastly superior to normal hits to begin with. So like Magic Def, I prefer these type of gears to be limited as well, and that's just towards the +Critical Hit chance. As for the %Critical Damage, that should not be given out lightly. Weapons like Twin Fang and Artemis already have massive amounts of Critical Damage output that just doesn't need any sort of increase, since they already load em' up with as many Turtle General Cards as practicality will allow.

A few people (mostly me /heh) have already suggested card-effect changes to a few of the LH2~3 monsters. Search out "Eremes" and "LH3 revisions" in the suggestion thread.

Basically the ASPD Buff will be useless since aspd cap is 190.

This cards current effect would defiantly have uses all classes could benefit from, just think about it for a while.

So nothing will be wrong with improving the proc chance then?  What is its proc chance anyway?

Quagmires and SlowGraces might not be effective enough to use  for WoE once sinxs start using DDAtrAtr/DDDAtr. *shrugs*

Chance is still low enough to make it proc at low ASPD on Slow Grace / Quag though, it would be a miracle if it happens. :/

People already use DDD/DDDD weapons to attack through slow grace as it is.
