Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 1 Lex Aeterna on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage.

Would wearing 2 owl baron accessories stack (6% total)? Or 2 separate chances of 3%?

Based on how proc mechanics work, I'd say no.

I think that you would have two instances of it trying, but I doubt they'd stack. 

By that I mean: 1 hit - 2 tries, 1 & 1; could happen twice at the same time.

I think though, not 100% sure.

Doesn't it work like metaling with each addition card not adding a new chance to proc?  Isn't it a general rule that you can't stack auto cast skill cards?
