On the warp clips. How is it decided where it warps us to? Does somone decide every day or is it automated?

It is interesting to note that we are teleported to a fixed map and then we get sent to a random place from there.

I always just assumed that it was to help make the daily random function easier. Like I thought i heard something once that stalkers cant use osiris because the memo skill interferes with their plagerized move. I could be faaaaaar from what it really is but I had just assumed that the warp clip was a permanent memo there to make things easier, and then its more of a warp portal thing that they change every day on the actual map you get warped to first.
