I'm pretty sure that in most cases, the person in question is unable to donate. I already stated the reasons as to why I'm unable to donate. Even so, assuming I was just a "stingy bitch", as you put it, and just didn't want to pay, that's my business, not yours.

I have a newborn I need to feed, diaper, and pay hospital bills on.
You mentioned internet.  Guess what, I don't pay for it.  My husband's aunt pays for the internet, since everyone else in the house uses it.  Well, that's going to change next month when we have to pay for it, but that's besides the point.

I'm quite inclined to agree with katatonic.. If you really have a will to donate then it shouldnt be to hard to find some way or another. I've known plenty friends who's parents kept an eye on their credit card bills and whatnot, but there are TONS of ways around that. And no one says it has to be huge sums of money, my bf and I recently moved into an appartment together, neither of us have a job and I'm 18 he's 16.. even WE managed to scrounge up money to donate when the server needed help. It sure as hell wasnt a lot but it was something, which is always better than nothing.

Dont get me wrong now, I have nothing wrong with those who dont donate. I can also agree that it is very much easier for those who have jobs or some income. When i had a job not only could i donate bits to the server but i could quite easily get all the other stuff i wanted in RL, whereas, as a kid without a job there are tons of things you want and most are inclined to spend it on a good book or ps3 game on the rare occasion you actually have money. And if thats the case then thats totally fine, just dont complain that you can't donate.

i have a different way of niffing i make a good 4-5m sometimes in niff a hour. The way i niff, people tend to leave. plus i might have a few bill in zeny but don't consider myself rich. Considering other people they have way more than me, but I'm proud of myself since i didn't donate a single penny (sorry D:)  and worked hard for everything i have. The day i make a +10 V-set I'll consider myself rich.

Also i always thought GM's were geared with like different scripted angra manyu/ahura mazdah/brynhilds plus you guys being able to use GM cloak and able to use :@guildspy <guild_name/id> and @partyspy <party_name/id>  kinda scares me sometimes, having my privacy peaked on. GM's can be spying on people cybering which is frightening

(if it does, thats awesome but id suggest you not being online,  and looking for a way to survive. if every cent you have goes to your kid, your life must suck.) you never eat out? you never do anything? im sure youll find the money to pay for that internet next month.

i never donated myself (inb4stingy, wtv for you who think that). i got all my stuff through grindwork, i bought everything from other players and when i needed, got ads through clicking and buying from the grinded money.

we need to remember that there's 2 types of people ingame. who donate and sell the ads/gears they got, or those who grind and buy the gears from the people that bought them through donation. This makes the server balanced

without one type, the server would die and everyone would have to grind for cards ingame. without the other, there wouldn't be zeny ingame and buyers for donor stuff

i agree mostly.  but there is a third type.  the people whove grinded before, and dont have time or care to do it again, so have turned to full donations. ;]
