Toad Valk Shield but you can only use it at Level 65 for Non Trans and Trans Classes.

If you are a Trans then Valk without a doubt. If you want to share it on a NT character then a guard or a buckler.

I'd say valk due to elementals, as well as the extra 5 MDef. Though if you're not using it for the elements Stone Buckler might be better.

Valk shield, all the way.  It's more of an all-around shield because of its reductions; the downside is the Level requirement that it has.
