Item Shop not working?

Whenever I try to buy a DL card form the the shop,it only go up till the page where you gotta enter the captcha.
It never displays the order confirmation page at all...and yea I do have enough ads to buy the card.

Anyone knows whats wrong?

I'v been experiencing a-lot of lag when using ads to do anything.
