Day Light Saving Time Enquiry

A friend told me day light saving time has started.
I am not in the day liight saving time zone.

Is WoE time affected by day light saving time?
What time does WoE starts now?
Does WoE time in GMT+8 timezone starts 1 hour later or 1 hour earlier?

Last week was on Wednesday... Unless the DST time thing have messed up the server... Since DST changed this past weekend...

agree but I think its DST they never up it up 1hr

Woe should start at (Without DST) 5:00 PM ET, But thanks to DST are times changed from 4:00 to 5:00
So when its 6:00 DST it should be 5:00 no DST
so woe will go from 6:00 DST to 8:00 DST
