Would weapon cards that give small Def or Mdef bonuses or small elemental reductions be considered broken in this server?

ex. Skeggiold (weapon card) = 5% fire/wind/water/earth reduction.

Mastering (if this becomes a weapon card) = DEF + 2. MDEF + 2.

id remove the drake card from my tome just to add a card that gave 1 mdef. i get 89 total right now and i would like to make it 90.

thats how good those cards would be

in a vit build with cast reduction gears a quad mastering or skegoid would do wonders. im surprised you didn't add neutral reduction.
