my account cant enter...

hi GM im new here and i cant enter the game when i down loaded this RO...

how can i play?
if im in log in area... text goes like this "Account ID Blocked by Game Master Team"
and afterwards the text says like this "Failed to connect"

need a fats reply here... so that i can play ... and thanks...

Did you activate your account? When you register an account, you have to type in a valid email address. Afterwards, an email is sent to this address, and you have to click on the link in the email to activate the account. Then, you should be able to log in!
