Injustice card 1% or 5%?

Apologies if it's already been asked...I did search a bit..

ratemyserver.com says injustice card has a 5% to proc sonic blow, but ingame i see 1% chance

which % is it?

It's one percent. Not a real useful card but fun if you have multiples with high ASPD.

It's for a weapon so there's a possible chance of someone just slotting in 4 of those in there. So there would be like a 20% chance of them just procing sonic blow every attack. Also since our ASPD on our server is crazy high it would proc a lot.

I thought chance to proc skills don't stack like metaling.  Even if it did, your giving up 4 slots to get that.
