the default tax max is 50% but if you stay on the same map, u can adjust it to 100%. i think thats 0% gained

should be cheaper and easier to obtain than something like that D: needs to be farmable, since it's not going to be a battle item.
Also, since you have to equip it to something, it should be on like a mid-gear slot? Something that doesn't take away from a person's ability to be at their strongest, so that they can use it while leeching.
