What causes certain maps to show brighter then they are suppose to and how do you fix it?

I can't get the screen shot at the moment but its a white haze covering the map and only occurs on certain maps.

Have you ever seen a grayed image? Imagine that with white instead.

I've seen it. Happens on Ice 3 a lot. Anyhow, the only cure I know for it is to relog.

Usually happens to me at Kiel map (near the X ) area, Valk map ... and yeah restarting client might be the only solution. =[
