if somebody is found guilty of scamming. does the IP address get banned or just that one account?

Every account belonging to the offender will be banned.
I think they also do IP banning.

That player gets all his accounts banned but I think they allow him or her to make new accounts unless he/she is a serial offender.

Scam = Permanent ban on all accounts linked to the IP, which means, if other players play from this IP, the chance is high that they'll lose their accounts as well. Banned players can create new ingame accounts, though!

i mean *~Felicia~* if you talk to me xD earlier i lent her some stuff too but she always gave it back and suddenly she decided not to do it. i cant understand why people do such things. she could even have the stuff more often if she didnt scam me. now she lost all her accounts and i lost 50 ads.

In most countries you get a jail term for a few months or maybe years for it. Lol.

In most cases jail won't solve anything as they get 5 star hotel services in some countries and/or they end up stealing again when they leave jail.

I agree IP ban all scammers dont wait for more players to suffer before u act!... especially if the scammed player needs to pay also for the recovery of their item in some cases, which is very unfair coz it cost u twice the trouble...
