Lh3 Bosses - Sinx boss for IP and Sniper boss for CK
Most reliable drop rates

Lord of the Dead for IP
Very low chance but hey I got 3 off it.

RSX for IP.
Very low rate, Never found one off it.

I've never got one off of of LH3 MVPs but I can verify that RSX drops IP. I've gotten 3-4 off of it. It also drops Dagger of Counter, so don't get too excited when you see a dagger drop.

They are at aRO rates - not sure what they are. Ask Adrift via support ticket - I think he set them.

CK on sniper mvp is almost 100 percent guaranteed. IP on sinx mvp, not so sure.
