Problems purchasing items.

So, I have 1$ credit left on my account, and for some reason I can't use it. I try to purchase the Loli Ruri Card (which costs only one dollar) then I type in the confirmation code and accept the purchase (mark the box). But after that, I get a blank screen, with only the header of the ARO website (with the news banner, etc.).
Rest of the website remains blank and I can't do anything. The card doesn't appear to be purchased on my account and the website doesn't check the 1$ I had (No matter what I do, I can't use the credit and I can't buy anything with it, despite everything I try).

- Started a new topic, as I didn't find any older ones that would be related to this same kind of a problem that I have right now.
So, can anybody help me out on this matter? I'd be glad if somebody would know about this issue.

Sell your 1 $ for 1M and purchase a lori card for 300-400k tops.

Log off of the account you're on and buy it with another account. Seems to always work for me.

Yea, buy the card in game. So much cheaper. 

As for the glitch, I've had his happen to me.  I just sent in a ticket and then a spend request.  If you have multiple accounts, try to buy it so that it's put into the storage of another account (like, when you go to the shop, sign in a different account than the one you currently are).

I already am very much aware, that it is cheaper to buy in-game, but this is a matter that I don't really care about at this point.
All I want to know, is why I can't purchase _anything_ with credits. : D
