Hey whats the name of that Card???

Its like a metaling card, but I think it takes off  your shield.

Any ideas what card I'm taking about

There is no such a card or so according to my knowledge unless you mean Wikebine Tres Card which strips armors.

I have the card in a clip (Gangster clip) but it doesnt work yet. If it did work it would empower the Bio class a lot.

Yeah, I have it in an Orleans Glove but it doesn't work at all. -_-;

you know the more dex they have the harder it is to strip them.

Nope its not implemented. A lot of people tested it with proper builds vs proper counter builds in ideal environments.
