How do i uncard something?

I went to the donation rewards page and looked at the services and it said it costs $7 to uncard something.
How do I ask GM's to do this, through a support ticket?
If so, what info do i need to give?
And how long does it take usually?

Spend Credit Request.
Tell them the item, what cards you want out, and whether or not you want to keep the cards and/or item.
Should take no more than 48 hours.

I've not used this for ages so I am guessing they removed the auto un-slotter.

What is the auto unslotter?

Basically an automated un slotting system - Eats your Ads and unslots the cards instantly. Same thing without the need of a GM.

The new zone server changed a couple things about how items were stored in the database, so the automated unslotter had to be disabled to prevent errors from coming up.
