Didn't the GMs remove MvP Tele on rude attack?

Or something of the sort? I haven't MvP'd in such a long time. On my gunslinger.

Also, I'm looking for a good HP/Tank/Extremely good Ice Walling Wiz if they did remove Rude Attack Tele.

They removed it from some. The bigger MVPs like Beelzebub still have it.

They removed teleporting upon rude attack on some/most MvPs.

LoD and Amon Ra tele on rude attacks.

Maya, Maya Purple, Archangeling, Baphomet, Dark Lord, Evil Snake Lord, Doppelganger, Dracula, Drake, Eddga, Garm, GTB, Samurai, Stormy Knight, Mistress, Moonlight Flower, Orc Lord, Orc Hero, Osiris, Phreeoni, Kiel

The others, Lord of Death, Paharao, TG, Thanatos  for example, have kept their Teleport on Rude Attack.

- Random Teleport Removed from the following MVPs:
Maya, Mistress, Ghostring, Lady Tanee, Samurai
Amon Ra will keep his random teleport, as without it his habit to summon Khalitzburgs could be exploited.

Was he standing idle when you AD'd him?  Last I remember Atroce tele'd. He isn't in the list so he must still tele on rude attacks.
