You should turn into a Crusader once you reach job level 46. This gives you 45 points in skills to use. Get these following Skills:

Sword Mastery Lv 10

Increase Recuperative Power Lv 10

Bash Lv 10

Provoke Lv 5

Endure Lv 10

Equips for a GC crusader are:

For armor. Anything really. HP boost armors are nice. Angeling is best because it reduced the dmg you take from Grand Cross. Lori Ruri Armor so you can heal yourself while getting hit and casting GC
Shield. Really anything you can afford. Best to have Tirfing because its used everywhere.
Acessories, anything that reduces your cast time (dex) or lets you heal more.
Shoes. Anything goes. HP %+ shoes work best.
Muff. Uhm Devi muff works best. Theyre cheap now. Orc Zombie works nice too.

I got some stuff we can make for you. :D next time you're on. (sorry i wasn't able to help you out this time. Too much work to do D:)

This is what i suggest for low-end gear

Head-Top: soul ring or any
Head-Mid to Bottom:Any
Weapon:x4 Hurricane(Andre) mace/blade
Armor:Holy(Angeling) Full Plate(or w/e armor that has good def)
Shield:Anti-Medium(Tirfing) Guard
Garment:Immune(Raydric)/Deviant(Deviling) Muff/Manteau/Pauldron. Thou, you better get angeling 1st before equiping devi garment.
Boots:Can be just a normal upgraded boots. Matyr/Verit aint really that good, cause more hp = more dmg from your own GC.
Accessory:Teleport Clip or anything that adds str/int/dex or reduce cast time.

Thats all.. unless you already have decent/better gears.

The problem w/ crusader gc build is that.. They're a pain to train at start, unless you have help.
Cause If you go For GC 1st then you wouldnt have heal and vice-versa.

So for leveling place..
You'll have to spam meat and Gjs alot at these stage.

Stay at leaf cat 1st. Just for the job lvls, say till job lvl 25?..
Or till you get a decent GC lvl...
Thou you dont need to max GC lvl at 1st. Maybe till lvl 5~7 then get your heal.

Then Maybe Prison. You can even get to job 50 here...

Now on the Awesome Stage :D

When you already have all the skill needed, Gc and Heal...
You can now try Nifing w/ lolis. Less ppl here than dullies.
Meaning, good exp and good farming place... IMO

Well thats about it.. =/

Your skill build must be like this at job 50.

Faith 10
Pecopeco ride 1
Cavalry Mastery 3
Holy Cross 6
Grand Cross 10
Cure 1
Divine Protection 3
Demon bane 5
Heal 10

Note:You will not be needing Auto-Guard as it sometimes mess up your Grand Cross Skill.

-----------------

Stat build.

Prior on your Int then to str and a few to your dex for a decent cast time.

Thou at your current level, just add int and dex for now, until you get decent cast time. Somewhat around 40 dex.
Then Start adding on your Str.

At 99 your Stat should be like(w/out the added bonus of your job lvl and/or equipments)..

Str:83
Agi:1
Vit:1
Int:99
Dex:47
Luk:1

----------------------------

Note:Why no vit?... You wouldnt need the extra HP IMO.
Crusader/Paladin already have a large amount of HP Thanks to Faith skill.
(trust me on both notes.. Cause I've learned it the hard way)

uhmm.. Have you tried reading the description? @_@

Spoiler for PecoPeco Ride Description:
Quote
This skill allows the character to ride a Peco Peco. Mounted characters gain an additional 25% walking speed (cumulative with AGI UP) and the maximum weight limit a character can carry is increased by 1000.
Mounted characters also attack at half the normal speed, but this penalty can be reduced or offset by levels in Cavalry Mastery. While mounted, the size modifier of spear vs. medium size is 100% instead of 75%.
The Peco Peco must be hired from Peco Peco Breeder in Prontera (55/350) at a cost of 2500z. If the character dismounts (by clicking on the "OFF" button in the equipment window), then the Peco Peco disappears and a new one must be hired.

So in other words...
You still get the bonus walking speed and an additional 1000 weight.
Also you dont need attack speed for Grand Cross Build.
On that note you can just drop the Cavalry Ride thou. If you want.
Add it to demon bane or Divine Protection.

A +4 damascus, with no card, has more attack than a +10 blade[4] or +10 mace[4]. a +10 quad andre blade = 153 attack power. A +4 single Andre damascus = 166 attack. If the weapon is based off of its raw attack theres absolutely no need to get a quad carded weapon ( unless it involves a high refine rate + Samurai cards ), especially when playing the swordsmen class. Some cheap alternatives ( that also give you more attack power than a quad andre weapon ) are Cutlus, Flamberge,  Haedonggum, Holy avenger, Mysteltain, Ice falchion, Fireblend or Tsurugi are all decent one handed weapons that you can find relatively cheap or just buy from an NPC.

Last I remember Crusader is a terrible class to start with if your new to the game. If played right and well it can be used with almost no start up gear, but I can say the same thing about Hunters, Bards, Knights, Assassins, Rogues, Wizards and black smiths just because I know how to play those classes without MvP cards. The fact that a Sader will guzzle the hell out of Meat and grape juice means that any new player will have a hard time saving up money. Even more so as your "low end" gear already costs upwards of 10 mil . If you have some start up money from a  different account, a friend or something then it a different story.

I would actually suggest Wizard or rogue as good starting classes. Both require little maintenance and can be played in a party or solo.

This is what i suggest for low-end gear

Head-Top: soul ring or any Thats fine, a +4 basebal cap or +4 helm[0]/+4 spiky band also work fine if you need something cheaper.
Head-Mid to Bottom:Any
Weapon:x4 Hurricane(Andre) mace/blade Anything that has high attack as GC ( IIRC ) is based off of Physical AND Magical attack, Int is usually just higher because more int = a better heal. A Bazerald works great, especially as its fire element. So you can kill leaf cats using bash with it before you turn into a sader, I can give you one if you want as well.
Armor:Holy(Angeling) Full Plate(or w/e armor that has good def) I would say you don't even need angeling as a crusader, but it does help a lot for mobbing. If its too pricy, slap on a Bathory carded armor. It doesn't increase your GC damage on yourself, if you were wondering. However right now angeling is crazy cheap, so if you can magically scrounge up 3 mil to get one, go for it. Peco peco works well as it adds HPif you need a SUPER cheap card.
Shield:Anti-Medium(Tirfing) Guard No, Khalitzberg buckler. Your going to be mainly killing undead enemies until you hit level 85, getting one of these costs like 1 mil as oppose to 5 for a tirfing card or 7 - 9 mil for a properly upgraded one.
Garment:Immune(Raydric)/Deviant(Deviling) Muff/Manteau/Pauldron. Thou, you better get angeling 1st before equiping devi garment. Raydric works wonders for saders, deviling is only usable if your not a GC build, or have angeling to go with it
Boots:Can be just a normal upgraded boots. Matyr/Verit aint really that good, cause more hp = more dmg from your own GC. To a point thats true, you want around 14,000 hp at level 99 somewhere around this number minimizes how much you take from GC, but still gives you enough HP to live through mobs attacking you and heal off the damage before doing it again. Verit /Matyr means you need to add less vit and can put more into dex and int
Accessory:Teleport Clip or anything that adds str/int/dex or reduce cast time. These don't really matter until you can afford something fairly expensive, 2 ring[0], earring[0], glove[0] or clips carded with a +2 or +3 stat card work fine, but they are infinitely unimportant if you can't afford more expensive gear
