Paid quarterly. It's on a VPN. Oh, and they don't want to hand it over to the GMs because of trust issues iirc.

GM's are first party. They provide the game to you.
You are the second party. You play the game.
PC.Bot is third party. He provides a service thats not offered by the GM's yet is still there to use. He is also a bot, thus a third party program, yes.
